Saudi Arabia's first licensed ambulatory transport center

First Medic is the first licensed ambulatory transport center in Saudi Arabia, offering an integrated system of pre-hospital services with high quality standards.

We are keen to achieve excellence and continuous development, and to keep pace with the health renaissance that our dear country is experiencing within the framework of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which enhances the effective partnership between the public and private sectors, and makes us the first choice to transport and care for your patients safely and professionally.

At First Responder, we believe that leadership can only be achieved through continuous development and quality performance. With our fleet equipped to transport patients, we strive to be the first and best in the Kingdom, providing ambulatory care that meets the highest standards and meets the aspirations of our customers.

النقل الإسعافي الأساسي - المسعف الأول

We operate through a central operations room working around the clock, supported by fleets of ambulances equipped with the latest devices and systems, managed by qualified paramedic teams trained on rapid response and safety protocols. Our service is centered on providing patients with a safe and smooth journey from the incident site or between healthcare facilities, with compassionate care that respects the patient’s privacy, dignity, and the comfort of their companions.

We provide a comprehensive range of solutions: basic and advanced ambulance transport, non-emergency patient transfers such as dialysis sessions, bedridden patients, and overweight cases, medical coverage for events and gatherings, and on-site medical care in industrial cities, peripheral areas, and workplaces. These services are offered through short- or long-term contracts tailored to the specific needs of each partner.

We believe in partnership as a key approach to enhancing response efficiency; therefore, we collaborate with hospitals, government entities, and the private sector within clear operational frameworks and integrated technical and procedural systems that ensure rapid coordination, service continuity, and compliance with the health regulations and requirements in the Kingdom. We also adopt a clinical governance approach, measuring performance and quality indicators, and conducting continuous audits. In addition, we provide awareness and training programs in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in collaboration with accredited entities, thereby promoting a culture of safety and improving pre-hospital care outcomes.
